Grok 4.7
Grok 4.6 is out; Grok 4.7 remains the next expected update
xAI released Grok 4.6 on 12 August for Cursor, Grok Build, the API and partners. Musk's earlier roadmap placed Grok 4.7 a few weeks later, but there is still no separate announcement, specification or exact date.
This card now covers 4.7 only. Grok 4.6 properties—long-running agents, improved visual work, 500K context and $2/$6 per million token pricing—must not be assumed for it. The next control point is an official xAI release.
